We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They assisted us with all our requests and greeted us with a smile every time. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the large and easy to access bike storage room. It made it convenient for us to store our bikes securely. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of Hinterglemm. It was easy for us to explore the entire Saalbach area and enjoy all the activities it had to offer. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of food to choose from, and the presentation was beautiful.
Nothing negative to say. We had a fantastic experience overall.

Despite the negatives, there were a few positive aspects of my stay. The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their face, making me feel welcome. They were also very helpful throughout my stay, assisting me with all my requests. Another advantage was the delicious and beautifully presented food. There was a wide variety of breakfast foods to choose from, which was a great way to start the day. It was also conveniently located in a key location, making it easy to explore the area. However, these positives did not outweigh the negatives and left me feeling less satisfied with my stay.
No kettle was available, which was quite inconvenient, especially for a tea lover like myself. I had to go all the way to the bar to get some tea, and it was not always convenient.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces, which made us feel really welcome. They went out of their way to assist us with any requests we had. the food at the hotel was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We especially loved the wide selection of breakfast foods available. the hotel had a convenient bike storage room that was easily accessible.
There were no kettles in the rooms, which was a bit disappointing. we were informed that this is normal for the country we were in.
